I don’t get your Question.
The sense of smell is an amazingly accute sense in some people and VERY dull in others. It really depends on the sensitivity of the person to smell. Yes, 15 meters is indeed possible. I have friends who have been married for 13 years that saw eachother across a gymnasium at a basketball game. They didn’t meet for another month, but both vividly remembered the other.

First, pheromones cannot work at 15 meters. The brain has receptors that respond to pheromones, but they require that people are much closer together.
Second, pheromones are not some type of magic. They are a type of chemical that your brain is programmed from birth to recognize and respond to. This occurs on a very deep subconscious level.
Third, attraction DOES NOT REQUIRE pheromones. When you see a person of an opposite gender (or for homosexuals, the same gender) then your brain automatically analyzes their appearance to sense certain characteristics. For example, shape of their face, shape of their body, breast size, body posture, color of eyes, etc. If the other person seems attractive by your brain’s standards (which are governed by evolution) then you will feel an intense attraction to that person.
